I purchased the Serengeti Dante Shiny Dark Gunmetal Drivers Sunglasses and they are best sunglasses that I have ever owned.
I wear sunglasses for about 8 hours a day for the past 12 years in my job as an airline pilot and these Serengetis have excellent build quality and sun protection. The photochromic technology means that I see every detail in the flight deck and I have clear depth perception required for landing on the runway in variable light conditions.
To wear they are light and comfortable and because the lenses are glass they should be more resistant to scratches than all the other sunglasses that I have owned. Plus Serengeti include an excellent custom fit hard case to protect my sunglasses when stored in my flight bag.
I do recommend them and I shall be purchasing another pair for driving in my car. They also look great!
